New yoga class for people with a diagnosis of dementia starts 22nd June at Special Yoga

Yoga can be beneficial for anyone, and is especially good for people with memory and other disabilities associated with a diagnosis of dementia, as well as family members providing support and care.

Mondays from 22nd June: 11am to 1230 pm

£48 a course of 6 weeks, £10 per individual class
